Home to a championship team, a tremendous culinary scene, engaging retail, and some of the world’s most innovative companies, The Chase Center has become the "beacon of the bay". During her tenure as Design Director at Gensler, Sondra was a lead designer of the Chase Center interiors. Some of the areas she directed from concept to completion include the exclusive Chase and J.P. Morgan clubs, United and Budweiser Legends clubs as well as the lower and upper concourse levels.

With a goal of providing different levels of experience, the interior venues vary in scale, from sweeping spaces to intimate lounges. Collaborating with ownership and food service providers, Sondra and her team reinvented the outdated concession-stand model, instead creating a series of mini restaurants with open kitchens, providing flexibility and changeability based on local brand partnerships.
