From startup to celebrity status, The Caviar Co. has become one of the hottest emerging luxury brands to watch in the Bay Area. Studio Ganz assisted the company with their first hospitality-focused location, in the heart of downtown Tiburon. The interior lounge and outdoor dining experience features a menu ranging from traditional caviar service with blini and crème fraîche, to caviar-forward takes on modern California cuisine. In collaboration with their team, we conceptualized and designed various elements including custom millwork, retail shelving, luxurious velvet banquettes, and signage.
