Inspired by the cuisine of Cascade and local aviation pioneers, Water’s Table at Seattle’s Southport offers guests Pacific Northwest-inspired fare and sunny views of Lake Washington. The interior finishes feature rich woods, warm leathers, metal patina, and earthy shades of green. Design details like custom lighting pieces serve as a nod to the nearby Boeing Renton factory and aircraft hanger. During her tenure as Design Director at Gensler, Sondra led the interior design vision of Water’s Table, also collaborating with Hyatt Hotels to develop the menu and tabletop concept.
